Sintra alternative for Slack

A Sintra alternative with credit you can see and top up

Sintra’s reviewers write about credits that run out in days and a cancel button that is hard to find. Kipwise Agent has one published price, top-ups at any time with no plan change, and a self-serve cancel.

7-day trial on install. No card needed.

What changes when you switch

A different home for the work, and a different way to pay.

Where

Inside Slack or Teams

You ask in the thread where the work is already being discussed, and the answer, the draft or the change lands there. Sintra’s site does not list a Slack app.

Credit

Top up any time

Each paid user brings $5 of credit a month, plus $2 of shared team credit. Top-ups are $1 a credit, from 20 to 5,000, with no plan change.

Price

One published price

$10 per user a month, or $108 a year, at least 3 users. The same features for everyone, with no per-employee add-ons.

Sintra vs Kipwise

Sintra sells role-shaped AI employees in its own app. Kipwise is one agent in the chat your team already uses.

What to ask it first

  • @Kipwise how much credit do I have left?

It tells you, and a team admin can ask for usage by person and day.

  • @Kipwise post this photo on our Facebook Page on Friday at 10:00

It shows an Approve card first, then schedules the post.

  • @Kipwise top search queries last week?

It pulls the figures from Search Console and shows the date range next to each.

  • @Kipwise draft a reply to Priya’s email

It saves a draft in your Gmail and waits for your word before anything is sent.

Questions

Is Kipwise cheaper than Sintra?

Not on paper for one person: Sintra shows $15.60 a month on its 12-month plan, and Kipwise is $10 per user a month with a 3-user minimum, so $30 at the floor. For a team the seat price is flat and every person gets the same features. We have not run the same work on both.

Does it have role-shaped employees?

It is one agent. An admin can set personas, such as a support voice or a sales voice, and every request runs with the asker’s own access.

What if I run out of credit?

The agent stops and sends a top-up link. A top-up of 20 to 5,000 credits is open to every workspace and never expires.

Is there a wider comparison?

Yes: the best AI coworkers for Slack, with prices and when to pick each.

What does it cost?

$10 per user a month, for at least 3 users. That includes $5 of AI credit per person and $2 per person of shared team credit every month. Add it to Slack and the free trial starts on your first message, no card needed.

Can it change things without asking?

No. Before it edits a page, updates a record or posts a message, it shows an Approve or Deny card in the thread. Only the person who asked can approve it, and the card expires after 30 minutes. A denied or expired card runs nothing.

Does it work in Microsoft Teams?

Yes. The same agent runs in Microsoft Teams, with the same tools, approvals, memory and scheduled tasks.
