Questions
Which sign-in providers do you support?
Single sign-on and automated user provisioning with SAML 2.0 and SCIM. Okta, JumpCloud, OneLogin, Ping Identity and Azure Active Directory are supported, and more.
What can the agent see?
Only what the person asking can see. Two people asking the same question can get different sources, and a page you cannot open is never used.
Can it change things without approval?
Before it changes anything in a connected tool, posts a message or saves a memory, it shows a plain-sentence Approve or Deny card. Only the person who asked can press it, it expires after 30 minutes, and a denied or expired card runs nothing.
Can an admin switch tools off?
Yes. A workspace admin can switch any service's lookups or changes, or a single tool, off.
Where is our data?
EU data stays in the EU (AWS); US data in the US
Is data encrypted and backed up?
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. The database is replicated across availability zones and snapshots are kept apart from the servers throughout the day.
