@Kipwise follow up with Priya about the quote I sent Tuesday
I found your email “Quote for Northwind” from Tuesday and wrote a short follow-up. Nothing is sent until you approve. Here is exactly what goes out:
Send this email to Priya Nair? Subject: Following up on the Northwind quote. Preview: “Hi Priya, just checking you saw the quote I sent on Tuesday…”

Where it hurts today
“Within my first week, Stan (one of the bots) was prospecting some potential new clients and sent an email that COST me business and reputation.”Trustpilot, May 2026
“Also, they are very misleading in their pricing, charging an extra $240 per year if you choose monthly, when the only way I would give them a chance is monthly.”Trustpilot, October 2026

What Marblism’s users say about sent emails and pricing
“Within my first week, Stan (one of the bots) was prospecting some potential new clients and sent an email that COST me business and reputation.”
With KipwiseFor a live request nothing is sent until the person who asked presses Approve on a card that shows the recipient, the subject and a preview. A scheduled task acts only on the list of changes approved when it was created.
“Also, they are very misleading in their pricing, charging an extra $240 per year if you choose monthly, when the only way I would give them a chance is monthly.”
With KipwiseOne published price: $10 per user a month, or $108 a year, with the same features and no per-employee add-on tiers.
“But I found out to get the full experience of all 6 workers that it cost more than the base subscription.”
With KipwiseThere are no per-employee tiers. Every paid user gets the same agent, with $5 of personal credit and $2 of shared team credit.
“They use credits which go away in like 2-4 days!!”
With KipwiseCredit is metered here too: 1 credit is $1 of model cost, with no markup. You can ask the agent for your balance at any time, and a team admin can ask for usage by person and day.
What changes when you switch
One agent, one price, and a gate on every send.
Sending
You see it before it goes
An email, a message or a record change shows its details on a card in the thread. Only the person who asked can press Approve, and a denied or expired card runs nothing.
Price
One published price
$10 per user a month, or $108 a year, at least 3 users. No add-on tiers for more workers.
Where
In the chat your team uses
You ask in Slack or Teams. Marblism’s site does not list a Slack app.

What to ask it first
@Kipwise follow up with Priya about the quote I sent Tuesday
It writes the email, shows it on an Approve card and sends only after you press it.
@Kipwise what mail needs me today?
It lists the unread mail that looks like it needs a reply, with one line on each.
@Kipwise how much credit do I have left?
It tells you, and a team admin can ask for usage by person and day.
@Kipwise every Friday, remind me to check unpaid invoices
It asks once when you create it, then posts the reminder on schedule.
Questions
Is Kipwise cheaper than Marblism?
It depends on team size. Marblism shows $24 a month on its yearly toggle. Kipwise is $10 per user a month, at least 3 users, so $30 for three people. We have not run the same work on both.
Can it send emails on its own?
For a live request, never. It shows the recipient, subject and preview on an Approve card and sends after you press it. A scheduled task or automation acts on the list of changes approved once when it was created.
Does it have role-shaped employees?
It is one agent. An admin can set personas, and every request runs with the asker’s own access.
Is there a wider comparison?
Yes: the best AI coworkers for Slack, with prices and when to pick each.
What does it cost?
$10 per user a month, for at least 3 users. That includes $5 of AI credit per person and $2 per person of shared team credit every month. Add it to Slack and the free trial starts on your first message, no card needed.
Can it change things without asking?
No. Before it edits a page, updates a record or posts a message, it shows an Approve or Deny card in the thread. Only the person who asked can approve it, and the card expires after 30 minutes. A denied or expired card runs nothing.
Does it work in Microsoft Teams?
Yes. The same agent runs in Microsoft Teams, with the same tools, approvals, memory and scheduled tasks.
