Search Console + Kipwise Agent
Ask for top queries, clicks and positions from Slack or Teams, as you, with the date range next to every number. Read-only, under your own Google account.
Ask in Slack, get the numbers from Search Console
Kipwise Agent is an AI teammate that pulls your Google Search Console numbers into the conversation. It works as each person, through their own Google connection, in Slack and Microsoft Teams. It is read-only: it reports, and it changes nothing in Search Console.
- List the sites you have in Search Console.
- Get top queries, clicks, impressions and positions for the dates you name.
- See the date range next to every figure.
- List the sitemaps Google already has for a site.
- Get only what it fetched from Search Console, never a guess.
- Post a report on a schedule, such as every Monday.
Ask in your own words
- “What were our top queries last month?”
- “How many clicks did we get last week, and at what average position?”
- “Which queries sent clicks to the pricing page?”
- “Every Monday at 9, post last week’s clicks and top queries here.”
What it does not do
It cannot submit a sitemap or change anything in Search Console. Access is read-only.
Google’s own AI or the agent in Slack
Google’s own AI in Search Console is an experimental feature that helps you set up a report inside Search Console.
Kipwise Agent works from Slack and uses your own Google account. It pulls the numbers into the conversation, works across your other connected tools in the same thread, and can post a report on a schedule.
Set up in 2 steps
- Mention @Kipwise in Slack and ask about Search Console.
- Press Connect and sign in with the Google account that has your Search Console access. Search Console is its own connection: connecting Gmail, Drive or Analytics does not give the agent Search Console.
FAQs
Access, what it can read and pricing for the Search Console connection.
Does it act as me in Search Console?
Yes. Each person connects their own Google account from Slack or Teams by pressing Connect, and Kipwise Agent works as that person, with their Search Console access. It only sees what you can see.
Can it change anything in Search Console?
No. Access to Search Console is read-only. It lists sites and sitemaps and reports search numbers, and it cannot submit a sitemap or change settings.
Can it send me the numbers every week?
Yes. Ask for it in a sentence, such as “every Monday at 9, post last week’s clicks and top queries here.” You approve it once, and it posts the result on that schedule.
Does connecting Gmail or Analytics connect Search Console?
No. Each Google service is its own connection, so you choose what the agent can reach.
How do I disconnect Search Console?
Ask the agent in Slack: “disconnect my Search Console.” It deletes the access it stored. Google can only revoke access for all your Google services together, so while another Google service stays connected, Google keeps the grant until you disconnect the last one.
What does it cost?
Kipwise has one plan, the Kipwise Agent: $10 per user a month, or $108 per user a year (USD, excluding tax), for at least 3 users. It includes $5 of AI credit per person and $2 per person of shared team credit every month. Installing it also puts your team on Premium, with the knowledge base’s Premium features, the support desk, the request desk and Tasks, at no extra price while the agent is on trial or paid. See Kipwise pricing.
