Google Analytics + Kipwise Agent
Ask for traffic and active users from Slack or Teams, or have a report posted every week, as you. Read-only, under your own Google account.
Ask in Slack, get the numbers from Google Analytics
Kipwise Agent is an AI teammate that pulls your Google Analytics 4 numbers into the conversation. It works as each person, through their own Google connection, in Slack and Microsoft Teams. It is read-only: it reports, and it never changes your Analytics setup.
- List the Analytics properties you can see.
- Run a report on traffic and active users for the dates you name.
- See the date range next to every figure.
- Get only what it fetched from Google Analytics, never a guess.
- Post a report on a schedule, such as every Monday.
Ask in your own words
- “How many active users did we have last week?”
- “How did traffic this month compare with last month?”
- “Which channels brought the most visitors in October?”
- “Every Monday at 9, post last week’s traffic and active users here.”
Google Analytics reports on a schedule
Ask once, in a sentence: “every Monday at 9, post last week’s active users and traffic here.” You approve it once, and the agent runs it on that schedule and posts the result in the same conversation, with the date range next to every figure.
Google’s own AI or the agent in Slack
Google’s own AI works inside Analytics: Ask Advisor and Analytics Intelligence insights.
Kipwise Agent works from Slack and uses your own Google account. It pulls the numbers into the conversation, works across your other connected tools in the same thread, and can post a report on a schedule.
Set up in 2 steps
- Mention @Kipwise in Slack and ask about Google Analytics.
- Press Connect and sign in with your Google account. Google Analytics is its own connection: connecting Gmail, Drive or Search Console does not give the agent Analytics.
FAQs
Access, what it can read and pricing for the Google Analytics connection.
Does it act as me in Google Analytics?
Yes. Each person connects their own Google account from Slack or Teams by pressing Connect, and Kipwise Agent works as that person, with their Google Analytics access. It only sees what you can see.
Can it change my Analytics setup?
No. Access to Google Analytics is read-only. The agent reports numbers and never changes your properties or settings.
Which Google Analytics does it read?
Google Analytics 4. It lists the properties your Google account can open and runs reports on the one you ask about.
Can it send me a report every week?
Yes. Ask for it in a sentence, such as “every Monday at 9, post last week’s traffic and active users here.” You approve it once, and it posts the result on that schedule.
Does connecting Gmail or Search Console connect Google Analytics?
No. Each Google service is its own connection, so you choose what the agent can reach.
How do I disconnect Google Analytics?
Ask the agent in Slack: “disconnect my Google Analytics.” It deletes the access it stored. Google can only revoke access for all your Google services together, so while another Google service stays connected, Google keeps the grant until you disconnect the last one.
What does it cost?
Kipwise has one plan, the Kipwise Agent: $10 per user a month, or $108 per user a year (USD, excluding tax), for at least 3 users. It includes $5 of AI credit per person and $2 per person of shared team credit every month. Installing it also puts your team on Premium, with the knowledge base’s Premium features, the support desk, the request desk and Tasks, at no extra price while the agent is on trial or paid. See Kipwise pricing.
