Google Ads + Kipwise Agent

Ask for campaign numbers, search terms and keywords from Slack or Teams, as you. A pause, an enable or a budget change waits for your approval.

Ask in Slack, see where the money goes

Kipwise Agent is an AI agent for Google Ads that works from Slack and Microsoft Teams. It works as each person, through their own Google connection, and it asks before it changes anything.

  • List your Google Ads accounts and campaigns.
  • Read campaign performance, keywords and search terms.
  • Look up Keyword Planner: ideas around a few phrases, and the average monthly searches, competition and bid range of phrases you already have. Google’s figures are modeled and rounded, for the country and language you name.
  • Run a custom query on your account data.
  • Pause or enable a campaign you name.
  • Change a campaign’s daily budget, as long as that budget is not shared with other campaigns.

The last two are the only changes it can make, and each shows an Approve card first. Enabling a campaign starts spending its budget.

Ask in your own words

  • “How much did we spend on Google Ads last week, by campaign?”
  • “Which search terms got the most clicks last month, and what did they cost?”
  • “List the keywords in the Brand campaign and what each cost.”
  • “Give me keyword ideas around ‘team wiki’ for the US.”
  • “Pause the Spring Promo campaign.”
  • “Set the daily budget of Brand to $50.”

Google Ads reports on a schedule

Ask once, in a sentence: “every Monday at 9, post last week’s spend and clicks by campaign here.” You approve it once, and the agent runs it on that schedule and posts the result in the same conversation. It runs when the schedule says, not live.

Google’s own AI or the agent in Slack

Google’s own AI works inside Google Ads: AI Max for Search, Performance Max and Ask Advisor.

Kipwise Agent works from Slack and uses your own Google Ads access. It pulls the numbers into the conversation, works across your other connected tools in the same thread, and only pauses, enables or changes a budget after an Approve card.

Set up in 2 steps

  1. Mention @Kipwise in Slack and ask about Google Ads.
  2. Press Connect and sign in with the Google account that has your Google Ads access. Google Ads is its own connection: connecting Gmail, Drive, Analytics or Search Console does not give the agent Google Ads.

FAQs

Access, approvals and pricing for the Google Ads connection.

Can it change my campaigns?

Only two things: it can pause or enable a campaign you name, and change a campaign’s daily budget when that budget is not shared with other campaigns. Each change shows an Approve card first, and nothing happens until you press Approve. Enabling a campaign starts spending its budget. It cannot make any other change in your account.

Does it act as me in Google Ads?

Yes. Each person connects their own Google account from Slack or Teams by pressing Connect, and Kipwise Agent works as that person, with their Google Ads access. It only sees what you can see.

Can it look up keyword volumes?

Yes. It uses Google’s Keyword Planner for keyword ideas and for the average monthly searches, competition and bid range of phrases you already have. Google’s figures are modeled and rounded, for the country and language you name.

Can it alert me when something changes in Google Ads?

It does not watch your account live. Ask for a report on a schedule, such as “every Monday at 9, post last week’s spend and clicks by campaign here,” and it posts the result in the conversation.

Does connecting Gmail or Search Console connect Google Ads?

No. Each Google service is its own connection, so you choose what the agent can reach.

How do I disconnect Google Ads?

Ask the agent in Slack: “disconnect my Google Ads.” It deletes the access it stored. Google can only revoke access for all your Google services together, so while another Google service stays connected, Google keeps the grant until you disconnect the last one.

What does it cost?

Kipwise has one plan, the Kipwise Agent: $10 per user a month, or $108 per user a year (USD, excluding tax), for at least 3 users. It includes $5 of AI credit per person and $2 per person of shared team credit every month. Installing it also puts your team on Premium, with the knowledge base’s Premium features, the support desk, the request desk and Tasks, at no extra price while the agent is on trial or paid.
