Zoom in Slack
A Zoom Slack integration that schedules for you
Ask for a meeting in the thread and the agent creates it in Zoom with your own account, after you approve. Look up meetings and recordings the same way.

How Zoom works in Slack
Ask, approve, done.
Ask
In the thread
“Schedule a Zoom with Acme on Thursday at 15:00.” Mention who to invite and how long.
Connect
Once, with your own Zoom login
The agent posts a private link the first time. Meetings are created in your account.
Approve
Before it creates or changes
Creating, moving or deleting a meeting shows its details on a card. Only you can press it.
Change
Move or cancel it the same way
Update the time, the topic or the guests, or delete a meeting you name. Each change shows a card first.
@Kipwise move the Acme kickoff to 16:00
I’ll move it.

What to ask it first
@Kipwise schedule a Zoom with Acme on Thursday at 15:00 for 30 minutes
It shows an Approve card first, then creates the meeting.
@Kipwise what Zoom meetings do I have tomorrow?
It lists your upcoming meetings.
@Kipwise show last week's recordings
It lists your cloud recordings for that range.
@Kipwise cancel the Acme kickoff
It shows an Approve card naming the meeting, then deletes it.
Connecting Zoom
- Once, per person
- When a request needs Zoom, the agent posts a private link. Only the person who asked can complete it, with their own Zoom login. Nobody shares a token.
- What it can do
- List and read your meetings and recordings and your profile. Create, update and delete meetings. Delete happens only for the meeting you name.
- Disconnect
- Ask the agent to “disconnect my Zoom”. It deletes the access it stored and revokes it at Zoom.
- Admin control
- A workspace admin can switch Zoom lookups or changes, or a single tool, off.
Questions
Is there a Zoom app for Slack that schedules meetings?
Yes. The Kipwise Agent is a Slack app: ask it in a thread to schedule, move or cancel a Zoom meeting or find one, and an Approve card names the meeting before anything changes.
Does it replace Zoom’s own AI?
No. It is the Kipwise Agent, a separate Slack app that works with your Zoom account. Zoom’s own AI Companion has its own plans and prices.
Does it invite people?
Only people you ask it to. Guests are named on the Approve card.
Can it join or record a meeting?
No. It schedules, changes and looks up meetings, and lists recordings that already exist.
What does it cost?
$10 per user a month, for at least 3 users. That includes $5 of AI credit per person and $2 per person of shared team credit every month. Add it to Slack and the free trial starts on your first message, no card needed.
Can it change things without asking?
No. Before it edits a page, updates a record or posts a message, it shows an Approve or Deny card in the thread. Only the person who asked can approve it, and the card expires after 30 minutes. A denied or expired card runs nothing.
Can an admin switch it off?
Yes. A workspace admin can switch a whole service, or a single tool, off, so a listed ability may be off in your workspace.
Does it work in Microsoft Teams?
Yes. The same agent runs in Microsoft Teams, with the same tools, approvals, memory and scheduled tasks.
