How it works
Connect your own Calendly account from Slack. Kipwise Agent works as you, under your Calendly permissions. When it is about to change something, it shows you the action and waits for your approval. Every meeting in a reply comes back as a link to Calendly.
- Install Kipwise Agent in Slack from kipwise.com/auth/agent/install.
- Ask the agent to connect Calendly and approve the connection from your own Calendly account.
- Ask in a Slack channel or DM to check meetings, find a time, share a booking link or manage an event type.
What you can do
- See who booked and read meeting details, including invitee names, times and answers.
- Find free times and create a one-time booking link.
- Book or cancel meetings after you approve the change.
- Edit an event type, change its availability or turn it off.
- Mark an invitee as a no-show.
- Read Calendly Notetaker recaps and action items.
- Find, add and update contacts. Calendly admins can manage teammates, including invitations and membership.
Set up an automation such as “post in this channel whenever someone books a meeting with me.”
Permissions and data
- Each person connects their own Calendly account. Calendly applies that person’s role, permissions and plan.
- The agent uses the information needed for your request, or for an automation you set up.
FAQs
Plans, access and pricing for the Calendly connection.
Which Calendly plan do I need?
Booking from Slack and meeting automations need a paid Calendly plan: Standard or higher. Some contact actions may also need a paid plan. Reading Notetaker recaps needs Notetaker access. Routing forms and groups require Teams or higher; activity logs, outgoing communications and data deletion are Enterprise-only.
How do I disconnect Calendly?
Ask Kipwise Agent in Slack to disconnect Calendly. Each teammate can disconnect their own account.
What Calendly data does Kipwise Agent use?
It accesses the Calendly information needed for the request you make, through your own connected Calendly account and permissions. An automation uses the information needed to run the automation you set up.
How much does Kipwise Agent cost?
Kipwise Agent is a separate paid add-on: $10 per user per month or $108 per user per year (USD, excluding tax), with a three-user minimum. It works with any Kipwise plan. See Kipwise pricing.
