Questions

What are the built-in workflows?

Content review, must-reads, internal Q&A, comments and version history. They keep pages current and make sure important pages are read.

How does content review work?

You name reviewers for a page or a folder and a review interval. Reviewers are reminded, and a page shows when it was last approved.

How do I make a page a must-read?

Assign it to named people and see who has read it. In Slack, ask the agent; it shows an Approve card first.

What is the Q&A flow?

When search finds nothing, you can ask a teammate. When they answer, the answer is saved to Kipwise so it can be found next time.

Can the agent set these up?

Yes. Ask it in Slack to assign a must-read or a review. Each one is a change, so it waits for your Approve.
