Pipedrive + Kipwise Agent
Find deals and people, update them, log notes and schedule calls from Slack or Teams, as you. Every change waits for your approval, under your own Pipedrive account.
Ask in Slack, get it done in Pipedrive
Kipwise Agent is an AI teammate that works in Pipedrive, not only reads it. It works as each person, through their own connection, in Slack and Microsoft Teams. Every change shows an Approve card first.
- Find people, organizations, deals and leads, and see who owns each one.
- Read the activities and notes on a record.
- Create or update a person, organization, deal or lead.
- Move a deal to another stage.
- Log a note on a record.
- Schedule an activity such as a call or a meeting.
- Delete a record. It only deletes the exact record you name.
Ask in your own words
- “Who owns the Acme deal, and what stage is it in?”
- “Show me the open deals for Northwind.”
- “Move Acme to Negotiations Started and log a note: they want annual billing.”
- “Schedule a call with Priya on Thursday at 2pm about the Acme deal.”
- “Add Ada Lovelace at Analytical Engines as a person and open a $1,200 pilot deal.”
Nothing changes until you press Approve
Before Kipwise Agent changes anything in Pipedrive, it shows a card with a preview of the change and an Approve and a Deny button. Only the person who asked can press them. The card expires after 30 minutes, and if it is denied or expires, nothing is changed.
Pipedrive’s own AI or the agent in Slack
Pipedrive’s own AI is Pipedrive AI, and it works inside Pipedrive. It is not sold as an add-on, and which AI features you get depends on your Pipedrive plan.
Kipwise Agent works from Slack and reaches Pipedrive through your own account, not through Pipedrive’s AI. It acts as the person who asks, works across their other connected tools in the same conversation, and waits for an Approve card before it changes anything.
Set up in 2 steps
- Mention @Kipwise in Slack and ask about Pipedrive.
- Press Connect and sign in with your own Pipedrive account. The agent then carries on with your request.
FAQs
Access, approvals and pricing for the Pipedrive connection.
Does it act as me in Pipedrive?
Yes. Each person connects their own Pipedrive account from Slack or Teams by pressing Connect, and Kipwise Agent works as that person, with their Pipedrive permissions. A record you cannot open in Pipedrive cannot be read to you or changed through the agent. It only sees what you can see.
What can it change, and how does approval work?
It can create and update people, organizations, deals and leads, move a deal to another stage, log a note, schedule an activity such as a call or meeting, and delete a record. Every change shows an Approve card first, and nothing happens until the person who asked presses Approve. The card expires after 30 minutes, and denying it or letting it expire means nothing is changed. A delete only applies to the exact record you name.
Can it post in Slack when something changes in Pipedrive?
No. Kipwise Agent works when someone asks, and no Pipedrive event starts it on its own. For a regular summary, ask for one on a schedule, such as “every Monday at 9, list our open deals and who owns them.”
How do I disconnect Pipedrive?
Ask the agent in Slack: “disconnect my Pipedrive.” It deletes the access it stored and revokes it at Pipedrive.
What does it cost?
Kipwise has one plan, the Kipwise Agent: $10 per user a month, or $108 per user a year (USD, excluding tax), for at least 3 users. It includes $5 of AI credit per person and $2 per person of shared team credit every month. Installing it also puts your team on Premium, with the knowledge base’s Premium features, the support desk, the request desk and Tasks, at no extra price while the agent is on trial or paid. See Kipwise pricing.
