How it works
Connect your own Cal.com account from Slack or Microsoft Teams. Kipwise Agent works as you, under your Cal.com account, plan and team role. Every change waits for your approval first, and the card says so when Cal.com will email someone. A booking in a reply comes back as a link to Cal.com.
- Install Kipwise Agent in Slack from kipwise.com/auth/agent/install.
- Ask the agent to connect Cal.com and approve the connection from your own Cal.com account.
- Ask in plain words in a channel or DM to check bookings, find a time or change an event type.
What you can do
- List and find bookings, and read the details of one.
- Find free times and see when you are busy.
- Book, reschedule or cancel a booking after you approve the change.
- Confirm or decline a request waiting for your answer.
- Mark a no-show, add guests and change a booking’s location.
- Create, edit and delete event types.
- Manage your availability schedules and out-of-office entries.
- Look up your account, teams and connected calendars.
Set up an automation such as “whenever someone books a meeting with me, post it here.” It can run when a booking is made, cancelled or rescheduled, when a request waits for your confirmation, or when a meeting ends.
Permissions and data
- Each person connects their own Cal.com account. Cal.com applies that person’s plan and team role.
- The agent uses the information needed for your request, or for an automation you set up.

Does rescheduling keep the same booking link?
No. Cal.com moves a booking by making a new one with a new link and cancelling the old one. The agent gives you the new link and says so.
How do I disconnect Cal.com?
Ask Kipwise Agent to disconnect Cal.com. Each teammate can disconnect their own account.
What Cal.com data does Kipwise Agent use?
It accesses the Cal.com information needed for the request you make, through your own connected Cal.com account and permissions. An automation uses the information needed to run the automation you set up.
How much does Kipwise Agent cost?
Kipwise Agent is a separate paid add-on: $10 per user per month or $108 per user per year (USD, excluding tax), with a three-user minimum. It works with any Kipwise plan. See Kipwise pricing.
