What is AI automation for a small business?

Do I need to build anything?
No. There is no canvas, no steps to wire and no code. You say what should happen and when, and the agent shows the whole plan in one sentence on an Approve card.
Does it ask before it runs?
Once, when you create it. The Approve card says in plain words what will run and when. Its later runs do not ask again, and they use the same tools and permissions as a live request from you. Your workspace can switch any tool off, and you can stop it by asking.
What can start an automation?
A schedule, such as every Friday at 9, or something that happens: a row added to a Google Sheet, a matching email arriving in Gmail or Outlook, a new meeting booked in Google Calendar, or an event in Linear, HubSpot, Intercom, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, Calendly, Cal.com, Asana, ClickUp or a monday.com board.
What happens when something fails?
The agent says what failed, in words, in the same Slack thread. A task run that hits its credit limit stops and is not retried on its own; the owner is told.
What does it cost?

How is this different from other automation tools?
