AI assistant for Slack
An AI assistant in Slack that answers your team’s questions
Ask in a channel or a direct message, in plain words. Kipwise Agent answers from your team’s own pages with a link to the source, and asks before it changes anything in your tools.
7-day trial on install. No card needed.
@Kipwise do we have a doc on refunds for annual plans?
Yes. Refund policy gives annual plans a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Sample data
How it works
1
Add it to Slack
Install it and your team can use it right away. The free trial starts on your first message.
2
Point it at your pages
Write them in Kipwise, or connect where they already live, such as Notion, Confluence or Google Drive. Other tools connect the first time a request needs them.
3
Ask in a channel or DM
Mention it in any thread. After that, every reply in the thread is a conversation with it.
What people ask it
@Kipwise do we have a doc on refunds for annual plans?
It answers from your pages and links the page it came from.
@Kipwise write this thread up as a page
It drafts the page, shows an Approve card, then saves it so the next person finds the answer.
@Kipwise create a Jira issue to update the refund page
It shows the plain sentence it will run on an Approve card. Only you can press it.
@Kipwise every Monday at 9, post last week’s search clicks here
It asks once, then posts the result in the channel every week.
Follow-up
It does the next step too, after you approve
Ask it to create the task, update the record or draft the reply in a tool you have connected, such as Jira, Asana, HubSpot or Gmail.
Before it changes anything it shows one plain sentence on an Approve or Deny card. Only the person who asked can press it.
@Kipwise create a Jira issue to update the refund page for 60-day migrations
I can do that in Jira.

Where to start
An AI assistant is only as good as the pages it can read, so the first week is about pointing it at the right places and writing down what is missing.
If the refund policy lives in one person’s head, it cannot find it. Ask it to write the thread up as a page, and the answer is there for the next person.

Questions
Do I need to be technical to use an AI assistant in Slack?
No. You mention Kipwise Agent in a thread and ask in plain language. Add it to Slack and your team can use it right away. Tools such as your CRM or Gmail connect the first time a request needs them, through a link only you can complete.
Where do the answers come from?
From your team’s own pages and the tools you connect. Kipwise Agent links the page it read so you can check it, and it works as the person asking, so it never draws on something that person cannot open.
Is it a chatbot or an AI agent?
You ask a question and it answers. It can also do the follow-up in your connected tools, such as creating an issue or updating a deal, and each change waits for an Approve card first.
What does it cost?
$10 per user a month, for at least 3 users. That includes $5 of AI credit per person and $2 per person of shared team credit every month. Add it to Slack and the free trial starts on your first message, no card needed.
Is our data safe?
Kipwise Agent reads Slack messages live to answer, and works as the person asking, so it reaches only what that person can open. We do not train or fine-tune AI models on customer data. EU data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (AWS); US data in the US. See the Privacy Policy and GDPR page.
Can it change things without asking?
No. Before it edits a page, updates a record or posts a message, it shows an Approve or Deny card in the thread. Only the person who asked can approve it, and the card expires after 30 minutes. A denied or expired card runs nothing.
Which tools can it work with?
HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Notion, Gmail, Google Calendar, QuickBooks and more. Each person connects their own account once. See all integrations.
