Someone reports a problem in a channel. Ask the agent to create the issue from the thread: it reads the thread, writes the title and description, and waits for your Approve before it files anything.

Each person connects their own Jira login from the thread the first time, so the agent only does what you could do yourself in Jira. Your workspace admin can switch Jira’s lookups or changes off.
Slack: create a Jira issue, or look for Jira Cloud for Slack?
A Slack create Jira issue request is one sentence. Mention Kipwise Agent in the thread and say what you want filed. It writes the title and description from the thread and creates the issue after you press Approve.
