How editing works in the Kipwise Page Editor

Kipwise Page Editor supports real-time collaboration so your teammates can edit the same page at the same time and see the changes immediately. 

Our Editor also supports Markdown for easy editing. 

Changes you make are saved automatically, so you don’t have to worry about losing any edits. 

If you prefer, you can set the Page Editor as View Mode by default so your teammates have to click an "Edit" button before they can edit the Page. 

A concrete trigger for turning on View Mode by default: flip it once your wiki has more people looking things up than editing them, which for most teams is once you pass a few dozen wiki users. It costs your handful of active editors one extra click to enter edit mode, but it protects everyone else from an accidental keystroke changing a page they only meant to read.

Simply highlight some text to edit the text formatting. 

And you can easily insert content blocks such as images, videos, files and embedded blocks like Trello cards, Figma prototypes and Google Drive files by clicking the plus sign at the beginning of a paragraph.
