To help keep your knowledge up to date, you can set designated reviewers when creating new content on Kipwise. Select a review interval and our system will automatically remind the reviewer to review the content in preset intervals.
Your teammates can also manually request for a review or leave an inline comment if they feel that something might not be right or need any clarification about the content.
You can control who has the right to review in your folder permission settings. Other than relying on our Slack notifications, you can check the healthiness of your knowledge base any time by going to the analytics section and which pages need to be reviewed by going to the “To-dos” tab.
With our content review flow, you can be rest assured that your team knowledge will always stay accurate and up-to-date.
